How do i get smear marks off my lcd tv screen?

i have used an lcd cleaner but it doesnt take the smear marks off

The proper way is a product called Monster Screen CLean. It will cost you about 20 bucks at Best Buy but it will last you for years. It consists of a bottle of mild detergent solution and a microfiber cloth that will not scratch the delicate plastic of the LCD screen. You can also use it on your computer monitors.
