Check in the camera settings if the mic and the speaker is not muted

If you mean that you don't have sound when you replay the video on PC, then most probably your system is missing the codec that can play the particular sound format the camera records in.

Depending on your operating system you should search for codec pack xp or codec pack vista, etc on the web and donwload + install codecs.

If it still doesn't work you might want to take the camera to a shop to have it checked out for you.
