  1. start fights and video tape them

  2. dont even worry about weight, i am 205 and i am already pretty decent. Your weight will go down easier doing something you like to do (MMA) Instead of, " ughhhh i guess ill go for a jog." I was 217 when i first started, its been 3 months and ive lost 12 lbs!

  3. - Talk to your doctor or a personal trainer about putting together a fitness program.

    - Yoga might help (Rickson Gracie and Wallid Ishmael do yoga).

    - Just go to class and talk to the instructor(s).

  4. Just sign up at the gym and start training.  You will get in shape very quickly!  You don't have to come in ready to go three 5-minute rounds.

If you really want to train ahead of time, do LOTS of cardio.  Run sprints, and do push ups, sit ups, arm walks, mountain climbers, squat thrusts, etc., between each sprint.  Repeat until you puke!

  5. Japanese Jiu-jitsu.

    Best wishes :)***
