u must get 2 a house at the end of the safari zone and the guy should give u gold teeth then u go 2 a house toward the the bottom of fuschia city and u give him the teeth and he will give u the hm surf

Pokemon blue for the win! I have the same game aswell, but cant play it, because batteries are expensive.. if only gameboys back then had an inbuilt battery that could be charged..
