  1. Swim nude. That will do it.

  2. Stop trying to get his attention. He will see it in you or not at all. I can bet that he knows you are trying too hard and that is why he wont acknowledge. Maybe you don't have what it takes to be in the 2nd lane, ever think of that?

  3. you're a girl.  use that to your advantage!

  4. Ask your coaches what you can do to improve and share your goals with them. If they see that you are giving it 100%, they'll spend more time with you

  5. I would work hard, share your goals with your coach.

Take the initiative and plan your road to success, set stepping stones (make time lines flexible for longer goals i.e. if you aspire to make the Olympics don't have a monthly hard line until the 2012,2016)... Share this with your coach and do frequent check with your coach as to where you stand on your road to success.

P.S I am guessing your next step is to move up a lane, maybe your coach can fill in missing steps if there are any along the way, then work hard in getting those steps so you can move forward.

    Good luck

  6. You must want it.  I was in the same position too.  When I got put into a lane, i was very unsatisfied.  That made me upset so I began working my butt off.  Take each set and make it count.  Do not slack on anything.  Also got first in your lane, that way no one can hold you back.  Get ahead and show your coach that you really deserve to be in the lane ahead.

  7. moving up a lane means that you're getting faster. so the only way to move up is to work hard and improve.

  8. if he ignores you obviously hes just trying to let you know that hes not giving you attention so that you will be secure and wont need that extra attention to know that ur good at what you do trust me i was on swim league and i got so tired of getting no attention and thats what my coach said so pretty much only the bad athletes need the attention so stay in ur lane and do ur best to outshine every1 !!!! GOOD LUCK!!

  9. low cut top, flash a little

  10. You have to show the coach your want to be there. Be the first one in the pool and the last one to leave. Ask for tips on how to improve. Its the little things that count.

  11. well why dont try to do some trick like try to drunk and them they will have to spend there time with you. or u can try to preten that u dont know what to do then they will have to spend there time teaching you.

  12. I had the same problem, I knew I was fast enough.  So one day I just went into the lane I knew I should be in.  My coach didn't say anything but if he did I was just going to say I wanted to push myself, who can argue with that.  Good luck:)
