I like this guy, and his sister is in most of my classes but we're not too friendly at the moment and because of that i never get to see him. She doesn't want us to be together and i'm almost certain he likes me. What do i do?

It's not really anything to do with the sister, I mean yes it helps if she likes you, but maybe if you and he get together then eventually you'll become friends.

Just talk to the boy, flirt a bit, and take it from there.
