I have just found it. Log on to www.racingpost.com - you will have to register but it's free.  On the home page on the right you can type in the name of the horse and GO.  It was a winner at Salisbury on 21 August 1997.

According to the Racing Post website, your horse is (or was) owned by Richard Green and was trained by MLW Bell. John Emms ran 9 times in 1996 and 1997. It won one race, came second twice and third twice, winning a total of £5339. The win was at Salisbury.
