How do i get the page [e-mail]?

i ordered something online and never recieved it within the time it was supposed to be delivered. i'm trying to track it down, but i have no tracking number. i used credit to pay for this item, and the company that did the transaction is corbit charge. i'm trying to figure out how to get a hold of this company but theres no number to call and the link to there email isnt working for me.

[e-mail] looks like an email address. you can send them an email address by putting '[e-mail]' in the "To:" field.
