How do i get the perfect flat stomach?

I've been doing a good amount of sit-ups, and other types of crunches and forms or sit-ups. But i have this super annoying "butt" like thing on my stomach.

I weigh 108 and am 5"1

What do i do to make my stomach flat?

  1. RUN.

    PLAY TENNIS IN THE HOT HEAT FOR 3 HOURS WITH A FRIEND. AND YOU WILL LOSE 5 POUNDS. DO THAT EVERYDAY AND YOU WILL BECOME NICOLE RICHIE.

    and you weigh well for your size, so don't worry about weight, as for your stomach, the worst thing about working out is that it takes time, sometimes months for you to see good changes. so keep up the work, try to do more, the more you do, the less you have to wait. but yeah, your doing everything right. dance more though lol

  3. Boy oh boy is it hard. If you eat alot of vegetable and avoid salty foods it will help.

    dont bother with the junk on tv none of it works. The key is to having a strong workout routine and make sure your doing it CORRECT. If your not doing it right your wasting time.

    Go to the gym and use the ab machines!

  4. you absolutely right! sit-ups or crunches are a good start to getting a stomach your happy with, remember that there is no such thing as 'perfect'. try to gradually increase the ammount you do such as 20 a day for 1 week, 30 a day for the next week and so on! trust me it'll work!!
