  1. Just key in 00.

    Then the country code.

Be sure to remove the first 0 from the number itself

Say i wanted to call Britain

    I would key 0044**** ******

  2. You don't have to dial plus sign to place any call. + sign means International exit code of your country.  US and Canada's exit code is 011, UK and most of the European and Asian country's exit code is 00. So if you want to call US from UK, you have to dial 00 1 + city/area code + local number but if you want to call UK from US then you have to dial 011 44 ...............

  3. key in 00xxxxxxxx

  4. on a landline phone, generally 011 is your indicator (access) for an international call.

  5. You don't use the plus sign to call abroad.  Usually It's replaced with a zero zeroxxxxxxxx

  6. The + sign for international calling is a 'feature' of GSM (mobiles) rather than landlines.

In most countries, you call abroad by dialing 00 (double zero) followed by the country code you want to reach, followed by the number in the other country (omitting the first zero).

The link below will give you the country code for the country you wish to call, the local time in that country and the price of calling on either BT or Virgin Media!    Enjoy!

  7. if you're using a landline, use "00" then the type the number

  8. By Keep On Pressing The 0 Key For 10 Sec Or More
