How do i get the swelling down?

my eyes are super swollen right now from crying last night...i dont have a clue how to get them back to normal...can someone please help me. i have places i need to go and i really dont want swollen eyes. please help.

i have to put ice on it and need to go to the doctor

Frozen vegetables wrapped in a light towel or pillow case placed on your eyes.

Cold compress usually works best. Soak a washcloth in cold water and place it over your eyes, and lie down.

Ice packs  or if you are really desperate, try taking a decongestant like Sudafed.

Rotate hot pack and ice pack every 20 minutes, see if that works.
