you can't get the URL. If you want to download a pic from somewhere on the internet, save as the pic, and then browse in your documents when searching for pics to upload, and click upload. If its your own pics, they should already be in your documents

right click the picture and select properties. the url will be at the bottom or it should say address: (http//www. etc)
