How do i get thinner legs? pic included?

i have the hourglass shape and i want the ruler.. I run just about everyday. around 20 miles totaly during weekdays and about four or five on the weekends. I'm cutting down to fruits and healthy food. How long should this take?

  1. the pear and the hourglass shapes have wider hips than the ruler, that cant be changed. but the size of the thighs can be decreased. this is achieved by diet and exercise. since you already exercise, all you need to work on is diet. cut out or dramatically decrease the amount of bread, rice, pasta and potatoes you eat. drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies.


  2. If you are already in shape, I would think it would be difficult to change it if you naturally have wider hips. I know we always want to look a different way than we were meant to. Most guys I know like the hourglass shape over just straight up and down. Look at all the s**y cartoons....they have hourglass figures, plus they are good for carrying a pregnancy and a baby on your hip after the pregnancy.
