Sepia tone, like most people said, but I would then play with the contrast a little to get the darker feel.  Hope this helps! =]

Umm its  a little dark but it looks sepia to me.

Go to picnik.com, upload your photo, go to "create" and sepia should be the second option on the left side.

That's a sepia-tone photo. You can do that in most image-editing software. It's also available as a picture mode in some cameras.
