How do i get this legalized????

i am trying to start a donation organization. i am wondering how to get a non-profit organization legalized. can someone please tell me the full process of doing this. the only information i will give you to help me is all donations will go towards animals..

Contact your local Better Business Bureau for more information.  They'll have all that you need to know about starting a non-profit or not-for-profit.
