How do i get this picture the way i want it ?

I am on the picnik.com sight that helps get a picture you want and have most of the picture in blake and white but then a potion of it in colour . But i am having trouble with getting it that way i have the picture where i can change the exposure ect.. but i cannot and dont understand how to make it black and white and then put colour on .. pleasee help thankss

Upload a photo. Click on the Create Tab. Click on Effects. Click on Black and White, then on paint brush inside that box.

Paint the color back in where you want it.
