It strecht from East Tremont Av to East River in Bronx.

If you mean Castle Hill Av Station, take Manhattan-bound (6) train to Grand Central.

If you see express at 125th St, transfer to 4/5 to Grand Central.

Take MTA Metro-North to New Haven Stations, then transfer to AMTRAK to Hartford Station (closest station) to that address.

Then next tranfer to any A, E, F, S from Hartford Station to CT Transit #53/#55 bus, then take that to Wethersfield
