I need to get to Olympic Park, i'm coming from Bommaderry station (the last station on the south coast), and going in the direction towards Central.

How should i get to Lidcombe? Do i get off at Redfern station and get a train from there?

Please help!

  1. Catch the train up to Central, then from Central, go to Platform 22 and wait for the Lidcombe train. Once you reach Lidcombe, look for the signs which lead you to the Olympic Park platform - it has its own platform. It is at the far end from memory and from there, the train will take you there directly.

  2. I wouldn't get off at Redfern, that station's dodgy at times. Central's only a minute away from Redfern and is more 'normal'. Rest of the advice the same as the above.

  3. You can get off at either Redfern or Central. From Redfern, take a train from platform 4 to Lidcombe Station, change trains (not sure of the platform #, but you can check at Lidcombe) and then get off at Olympic Stadium, now known as ANZ Stadium. Journey takes around 45 Min's

  4. argh!! the south coast line...the line I have to use when im down in Woolongong (Oak Flats)

ok....the easiest way that I know is very simple.

Catch a train into Centeral...connect to Lidcombe...then on to Olympic Park.

thats the only way I know...the answer above me ma be more of a help but I do know a website that helps plan your travel.
