Looks like you take the N16 bus from Baldwin to Roosevelt Field (during the week).

As an example, there is a bus that leaves at 10:50 am from Baldwin (Silver Lake/Foxhurst Road) and arrives at Garden City/Roosevelt Field at 11:43.

It does nop appear there is weekend service to Roosevelt Field from Baldwin on the N16 line.  Looks like there is only weekday service.
