How do i get to TK Maxx in West Thurrok! ?

I want to go to this TK Maxx but i need to know how i can get there with public transport! Obviously i can got to Chafford Hundred (lake side shopping center) but how do i get to the other big stores like TX Maxx and PC world with out a car?
