answer and vote...even if it is not your question you can vote...look on y!a home and click on answer...the big box up top in the middle....look to the right and it will say something like vote for undecided...click there and all those questions are in voting so just read and vote and you gain a point i think everytime you vote

answer a lot of questions, and have the best answer a few times so you will be given best answer (10 point bonus)

By choosing someone's answer as your best answer you get more points than if you just answer questions alone.  You need to answer questions, choose answers as best answers, and also have your answers chosen as best answers.  If that's not happening, answer more thoroughly and take more time to give quality answers.. see you at level two! :)

I'm working on that too, answer lots of questions. (but for the sake of the askers, don't just write dumb stuff to answer every question) also, pick best answers for the questions you ask! Good luck~ oh, and log in everyday, you get one point just for visiting the site!

Answer and vote, if you get thumbs up and best answers then its quicker. Ask lots of Q's then its slower.

ps. If you find some Q's which nobody else is interested in contributing to, you can be the only answerer and you can vote yourself best answerer also. However picking your answer as best is a bit silly really when there are better ones by others, so don't make it look daft by picking yourself on a big list of answers as some people seem to.

pps. If you ask and chose the best answer and don't let it go to a vote you loose less points
