How do i get to sleep?

i went to sleep waaay too early and im awake now and its only 12:30!!

im not tired anymore!!!

help me please. =[

  1. weirdly enough, the thing that makes me fall asleep the fastest is laying in bed and trying to stay AWAKE.  Like start thinking about something and try to think about it and not fall asleep, next thing i know I'm waking up....

    sounds weird but it works for me


  2. you may have to take sleep aids. i do. talk to your doctor. it also could be stress related.

  3. Take the advice of the people before me. If you're really having trouble and want something home-remedy esque, try lavender. If you have a lavender sachet ready (I doubt it), try breathing it in. Even lavender perfume might help.

    Take a bath/shower. The water will help calm you down and make you sleepy.

  4. drink milk. listen to soft musics. turn off the lights and relax

  5. adults only need to sleep 5-6 hours, maybe thats why you're already awake. just grab a light snack and watch tv, they say that honey could help you sleep, too.

  6. Start reading a book. Play sudoko or m********e.
