How do i get to the rainbow islands(4,5,6,7) in fire red?

I thought it was Sevii Islands.  But I have Pokemon Leaf Green, so it might be different for a different game.

I would assume its the same basic idea though; once you find the two jewels needed for the supercomputer (one is in a side cave on Sevii Island 1--or Rainbow Island 1; and the other is in the Rocket Warehouse on Island 5) and you beat all the gyms on the mainland; you will be given passes to the other islands.

And this doesn't really count as a Weather question.
