  3. mate, you answered my other question and told me to eat 1000 calories a day, thankfully i know that is considered starvation...but what if i didnt and took your advice? dont answer questions like that unless you know what you are talking about.

  4. you need to eat food with a lot of protien!! and do weights for a good 1.5hours a day at the gym about 4 days a week. need to rest 3 days. best to get a gym buddy so you both can help each other out. you will notice at the gym guys so buff train in twos to help each other.

  5. ok those dudes that u wanna b like r models and they get tans so thats why they r toned. and if u wanna lose weight, u should eat less suger but dont completely cut it outta ur diet cuz then ur body releases its own suger which is 7 times as bad (i read it somewhere) and eat healthy things. dude walk and roller skate alot i lost 8 pounds in 45 days just by roller skating my *** to death and walking like alot. good luck so just eat healthy, do sit ups and push ups, exercise like h**l, and eat less usger and more healthy things. ps get a tan to look toned
