if u dnt understand d question, then dnt bother typing anything anymore.

play d video then hit the ''PrtSc'' button, (the one after F12) then just paste it to paint or anywhere else.

Hi

Well that image is a gif not a movie in other word it's an animated image . If you want to do that you can use photoshop, but you won't be able to put sound in it .

So your easiest and cheapest option is to use windows movie maker .

Ok first get all the stuff you want to use in one folder , then Import the Background image into movie maker, line it up where you want it then import the video or the other images on top of it , add sound if required and then export as an AVI
