How do i get viewers to clickon the ads on my webpage?

Question

i get about 200 views on my blogs but only maybe 1 clicks on an ad....i can't ask them to do it, because it violates google's adsense terms....are the ads boring?..see one of my blogs here: http://neato-stuff.blogspot.com/

Hello, Um, I can't even see your ads!  Not sure if it's b/c my browser automatically blocks them or what?

Well you set it up like mine and get tons of clicks plus you need about 30 times the traffic,go look at my ad placement and tell you if you where a viewer would you click it without being asked.
