How do i get water based screen printing to dry without running in the wash?

Question

is there some things you can do to make sure its dry and not going to ruin in the wash?

and maybe is there any special way to dry them (without using the bit heater things)

Read the paint label.  Waterproof is good.  Resistantant isn't so good.  Acrylic latex is guaranteed to be waterproof.  Drying is done by warm dry air.  A fan, or an oven set low would speed the process, but might mess it up, too.  Probably better to be patient and allow for natural drying time.
