  1. get something called swimmer's ear-an alcohol and acid based solution to prevent bacteria. Other than that, they reccomend wear ear plugs and shake all excess moisture out of your ears when you leave the pool. Use an air dryer on high heat after swimming.

  2. i kno i kno!!! omg this works every time for me... get a little squeeze bottle or something that can squirt into your ear... then tip ur head over wit the ear wit water in it on top... put the alcohol in ur ear... keep the ear up... squish it around by pushin in and out the little flap in front... then tip ur head over so the ear is facin down and like get a towel or sumthin and put it around ur finger and put it in and wiggle till it comes out :]

easily expained :: put alcohol in ur ear and squish it around

  3. I just read about this in Readers Digest. Tilt your ear with the water in in toward your shoulder and gently pull down on your ear lobe. Gravity is supposed to do the rest. You may have swimmers ear by now and may need to see your doc before it becomes painful

  4. I swim atleast three times a week so i definitely know what ur going through...

Believe it or not a sure way to get the water out is, next time ur in the pool go under the water and shake ur head from side to side, the pressure of the water in ur ears pops them and pushes the water out of them...

Try it and u'll b surprised...

  5. Before swim cotten wool and visaline to stop water getting in with a swimming cap.

use drops from the chemist for swimmer ear.

till your head to the side and tap the top ear with your towel.

if not a doctor can wax out the wax in your ear with a high presser hose.  (trusted me it very painful I had it done twice as a girl.)

  6. I know somebody who thought they had water in their ear, went to the dr and found out i was a wax plug..... it feels almost the same......

  7. Hop on the foot on the side of your body the water is in. You could also try to use a Q-Tip. If these don't work try to sleep on your side so the water comes out ! I hope I helped.

  8. You could use a q-tip, bang the back of your head on something, or roast it for a few hours in the oven.

  9. FOOLPROOF METHOD

I'm a competitive swimmer and have been for many, many, many years, my coach showed me this when i was in grade school and I reccomend it to everyone I've never heard it not work.

Get a small bottle, and put in equal amounts of vinegar and rubbing alcohol. Get a little dropper, mix it together, and put 2-3 drops in each ear. The alcohol dries out your ear, and the vinegar protects against bacteria and fungi that can cause swimmer's ear.

That SwimEar stuff? It's the same thing. And it costs like 5 bucks. This is stuff you have at your house and if not its pretty darn cheap.

    Best of luck :)
