  1. I would suggest having it fitted professionally.

    They use all the proper clips, valleys, and all the other bits that you are probably unaware of,  ALSO if something goes wrong they are responsible for rectifying it.


  2. just measure each space add on 10mm on each length and breadth ( so glass rests on the beads and does not fall through) and cut to size with jig saw then fit as glass in with spring clips (available from any garden shop) in packs of 20

  3. if you explained a bit more we can give you a more defined answer ..but assuming you have a greenhouse and you want to glaze it ..it will cost you an awful lot more than glass ..polycarbonate is not cheap to buy ..you would need to measure all the sections and get them cut ..you could buy large sheet and cut them yourself but its a bit dangerous without a table saw ...and you need an airline to blast out the filings ..you could try acrylic
