How do i go about changing a supervisor password that is unknown?

There are only two ways:

1) Log into the system under a different administrator account, then remove the password from the first admin account. (Under XP, you usually boot up in safe mode then log in under the account "Administrator")

2) Get a program that gives you a hand. Login Recovery, http://www.loginrecovery.com/ and NT Password and Registry Editor http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
