How do i go about finding information on?

thomas joseph webb who lived in southwood road ramsgate around 1915 ...ive done a few google searches but have come up with nothing ...and i dont want to spend 80 quid on genes reunited ...any advice is welcome

Where did you get £80 from basic membership for Genesreunited  is under £10! This COULD be just what you want. Its turned up lots of contacts for me.
