Feeling optimistic is no indicator that you will win - and what you have lost you cannot get back. Especially if it is a loan. Additionally, the casino will probably need a credit score in excess of 700 and I am positive they run a credit check. If you wish, you can probably call from home and ask for the cashier's window to find out. Perhaps I misunderstood your question and you are only asking how you can open an account at a casino. That's a really bad idea.  You are basically taking out a loan with interest, just to gamble.  You should only gamble with money you actually have, that you can afford to lose.

But should you choose to ignore that advice, all the major casinos have a credit office, you can just go in and apply, like getting any other kind of unsecured loan.

Stay clear of credit, as credit in gambling is a very bad idea and they will charge your a fortune and chase you for the money should you not pay on time.
