I left school at 15 as i became pregnant. Now at the age of 23 i really want to undertake them but work full time. I am also too old to do these at college.

Is there any way of getting a home tutor to get me through my GCSE's or do they only help people who are already studying for their exams?

HELP!!!!

  1. You can do GCSEs in many ways, at any age - for instance at an evening class, or via correspondence.  You could even study on your own as there are plenty of good text books available.

I don't think an official LEA tutor would help you as you're beyond compulsory education age, but there are plenty of ways of doing GCSEs or A-levels if you want to.  Check the page http://home-ed.info/gcse.htm for an overview of some of them, and scroll down to find links to places that offer GCSE online or correspondence courses.
