Hello...since your friend already has a Visa for Poland it will make his visa for the UK a Bit easier but still not that easy..If he is entering Poland of a Tourist Visa he must apply for his UK visa before he leave Nigeria and he will need to submit t he following

Valid national passport with enough space for the visa

  

Completed and signed Visa Application Form

  

  

A clear, passport sized (45mm x 35mm), colour photograph of each applicant, which should be:

taken against a light coloured background,unmounted clear and of good quality, Printed on normal photographic paper.Full face and without sunglasses, hat or other head covering unless for ethnic or religious reasons

Evidence of employment/studies and current financial circumstances - e.g. bank statements/pay slips/income tax clearance certificate/evidence of business and property

  

If being sponsored, evidence of sponsor's current financial circumstances - e.g. bank statements, pay slips, evidence of other savings or financial commitments, details of available accommodation

  

If spouse/children are accompanying, marriage/birth certificates, family photographs, children's school records

why do need to "invite" Nigerian?

Its alot easier since he has a poland visa already.Just send him an invitation which he will need to take to the embassy.
