  1. go on youtube, theres a lot of good ones.

  2. Watch one.

That should give you some ideas.

  3. Hey man, I own a small snowboard/skateboard company and I make team videos every year.  You know how I got started?  I just started watching TONS of snowboard videos.  Also there is this guy named Pierre the Filmaker(DC Mountain Lab)...he is a pioneer as well as God in making snowboard videos...study him and watch what some of the films he has made does...you'll start to learn.  Also, find out what you are going to shoot with, I use a Canon GL2 for my filming, when I bought it at the store by me...they offered to teach me how to use it by taking classes.  I suggest highly to take classes on how to use and get to know all the features on your camera, angles, scoring, editing, all that stuff will come easily once you know how to use everything on your camera...classes are probably the most invaluable thing I have done to learn how to make videos, a little bit of money, very well spent.  Happy shooting!!

  4. according to the board mag i was just reading, there's rip curl goggles with a built-in camera. not sure how they work, check them out tho. they're kinda expensive tho, 500 euros which is around 724 bucks.
