How do i go about negotiating with old collections.?

I really dont know how much to settle and how to go about trying to negotiate.

I made a debt chart thing a ma-gig just not sure how to go about negotiating for the smaller debts PLEASE HELP

Economic conditions are difficult for many people right now.  I think if you come across as compassionate, as a person willing to help, that you might be able to convince people that as long as they pay something each month, your company plans to be patient and not ruin their credit.
