How do i go about raising money for a local children's hospital?

i want to raise money for the local children's hospital but im not sure how to start or what to start doing in order to do that. any help is appreciated!

The best thing for you to do at the moment is to write down all of your goals for this project. Like what things you would like to do and how much you want to raise. When you know how much you want to raise.. when you contact local businesses for assistance in your project they will feel that you were very detailed about what you expect out of this fundraiser.

Talking to local businesses is always a good start. Maybe even print off a newsletter about your expectations and information about the children's hospital you are raising money for. Talk to your neighbors, church members, and family members to gain their support in this project.

There are so many ways you could raise the funds. Be creative. If you search for fundraising ideas.. you will find several different things that you can sell. Something that has been successful in my town is the Littler Caesars Fundraising Pizza Kit.

You should first see if the hospital has a fundraising "foundation"  and you could perhaps work with them.
