How do i go about reporting a seller on ebay selling fake items?

this person has 800 feedback i only have 15 buys. i am 99% sure the item is counterfeit but if i leave neg feedback, this person will more than likely do the same. is there a way to be honest about your buy without retaliation??!

If you recieved the item and think its a counter fit you can report it to ebay.

Stop buying at ebay there's no real deals there. The s&h fees add too much to the price no warranty or returns you are getting rip off 99% of the time. Just get the sunday newspaper and you will see better deals on local stores. Plus with paypal getting hack all the time is only a matter of time before they steal your identity.
