    This should help if you want a four year degree level of education.  :)  

    Note : Alternative licensure is for those who have completed their bachelor's degree (or more) and only need the pre-K classes.  

    Others options are available at the community college or other college as a "regular" student.

    Edit - I agree with the other answerer that community colleges provide an excellent education.  However, many of the Early Childhool Courses required for an AA do NOT transfer to a four-year college like a math course or history class would.  Those courses are more about choosing the best activities to accomplish the lesson plans objectives rather than designing curriculum to a school system's standards.   Just depends on where you would like to be after college.  Best wishes to you.


  2. One thing to consider is the community college system. You can get your AA degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) for a fraction of the cost of a 4-year college, and the education is usually very good!!
