How do i go about viewing previous internet/computer activity on my computer?

i would like to view my computer's internet activity history. not just from the drop down menu on the address bar, either, i mean I want to see websites listed, downloads, and whatever else.

Listed below is a step by step guide to finding the folders and directories on your computer that show where your computer has been on the Internet.



1.Finding the "Temporary Internet files" folder

The "Temporary Internet files" folder is the main folder for keeping track of the Internet content your computer has seen.  Simply follow the steps below to find the folder and "know your Internet History".  

Step 1.

Start by right clicking on the Internet Explorer Icon on your desktop

This should get you to a screen that looks like----->

Step 2

In this new window you click on the settings button in the middle of the window.

  

Step 3

Once you get to the Settings window, click on the "view files and this window should appear with all the History of your internet activities*



*history content will be limited to the number of days your history bin is set for.

You can download Ccleaner(freeware, just search on google) and run the cleaning tool. When it is done, you can view all the sites, cookies and downloads that have taken place on every browser.

but if some one has cleared history, then u can't view.

rather you can install a family key logger, which always records your keystroke...search family key logger for more information
