How do i go about working at a bank?

i only have business management n6 and 7 months epirience where do i go about that

  1. Depends what you want. Are you looking at retail banking or investment banking. If the later then you will need a degree in Economics or similar. You can try the temporary market but only in the City of London. If retail banking get some good A levels (Maths & English)and apply to local banks in writing to their HR depts. You can get details from their websites

First you decide what kind of job in a bank is appealing to you.  What exactly would you like to do in the bank?  At least have that in mind before you go to the next step.  The next step is to go to a bank that you'd like to work at, if given the opportunity.  Speak with the person who handles job applicants.  They may not be hiring right now.  Or they may not be hiring people with your interests.  But before you leave, tell them about your desire to work in a bank and ask for some assistance - feedback - as to the qualifications they seek, and how you might go about achieving those requirements.  This all goes towards planning to apply a second time...in the future...if that's what you really want to do.
