How do i go from dark brunette to this shade?

i was just wondering how to go from this shade:

And how should i do it with home colouring? I've already dyed and bleached my hair in the past few months even though it's not that obvious but what would you recommend to keep damage minimal? And would it suit me? Thanks. : ): ): )

I think that it would take some serious highlighting.

&& It would look gorgeous,you may have to get it prof. done.

I reckon getting highlights, take that pic to a hair dresser. Dying it is only gonna change the colour of your whole hair, you need highlights for it to look like that.

That shade requires professional highlights and lowlights.  There is no way you can achieve that unless you are in a salon.  It is not so much a shade as it is where they put the color.

I would say go to the hairdresser's It's such a beautiful shade and I don't think it's achievable at home unless you have someone who knows enough about colouring hair.
