With some difficulty... you would need to catch the New South Wales Countrylink XPT to Sydney, then change for another one to Brisbane and change for a coach to the Gold Coast.  It would be expensive and take up to two days - check the airline websites and you may find a cheaper deal that only takes a fraction of the time.
