Try using the Google for specific countries like Google.co.uk or Google.fr With the exception of some countries Google leads in market share among most countries. Go to Google and submit a query like "Google Russia"

Asking this I am guessing that when you search it is only in the area you are in.  So whatever you use to search you can just find the world wide thing in the settings and bamm there it is world wide access in just a click.
