  1. Same thing happens to me, im forced to get up early and by mid afternoon im tired. if your stuck going to bed late and waking up late force yourself up early and stay awake til night. if you take it an hour or half an hour a day it just gradually adjusts your body clock.

  2. Well, I can't tell you where it was, but it was written about 10 years ago that the best way is to go to bed an hour later each day. Like you would stay up tomorrow to 6, and then 7. So I am not sure that you have enough days left to make that work.

I am not a young guy, and I have the same problem. I agree it isn't good. You might get a doctor to give you something for sleep for a few nights. And only a few nights while your body gets switched around again. You are right. 5 a.m. isn't good for you. But even with a medication you would still have to be ready to take it and get into bed. Otherwise nothing changes.

  3. Well, college started for me this week, and I have class tomorrow. And it's 3 AM. Class is at 8 AM. I think I just need to turn off the computer lol.
