How do i grow my rosehups?

Question

if i have the rosehips already, how can i make the roses grow? do i take the seed out and plant the or do i plant the whole rose hips?

When do i know which rosehips to get? which are mature and which ones are not?

This probably won't be a good way to grow roses.  The easiest way to grow them is by layering.  You take a long cane, lay it along the ground, cover it with dirt and a heavy rock, and within a couple months the cane will produce roots.  Cut the cane and relocate the new rose plant (do this in the very early spring before the sap starts rising).
