How do i handle this stressful time.?how do you best handle Pms emotions and how do u get people to stop judging you about this as people do this to me so how do i go about stopping it ? trust me i really get emotional and stressed i feel like i have lost control i really get depressed and highly anxious grumpy and stressed and to make matters worse people judge me for feel this way . it is hard for me to deal with the emotions and take charge so how do i take charge of my emotions and take control over them its very difficult could some counselors answer this too as well as general public HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED THANK YOU AND SORRY FOR ASKING SUCH A DUMB QUESTION ITS JUST BOTHERING ME and its not helping me with family relationships to
