How do i hang up a heavy poster?

I'm trying to hang a framed picture on my wall but it weighs about 7 pounds and i cant think of any method to hang it up

I live in a Marine Corps Barracks so i cant drive any nails

and even if i was aloud to, the walls are concrete

Does anyone know of anything i could use that wouldnt damage the walls?

You've probably thought of this already, but just in case there are some small but heavy-duty plastic wall hooks that use adhesive material to stick to the wall for just such purposes.  Just check the package to see the weight limit.  7 pounds doesn't seem too heavy.

I bet the adhesive material wouldn't leave too much residue on a concrete barracks wall, but worst-case scenario before you leave you may need to purchase a cheap method of removal, along the lines of "goo gone" or one of those flat spackle spatula things.
