How do i have a dream?

Lately i have'nt had any dreams while sleeping...I wish to have dreams, i already know how to have lucid dreams, because i can just tell when it is a dream, so i know how to just enjoy them and do whatever...

BUT I HAVENT HAD A DREAM IN WEEKS

How do i have a dream? Do i have to be extremly tired? Because ive recently been forcing myself to sleep sometimes, any tips?

And how do i have a dream about anything i want?

  1. he's right you dream everytime you sleep, but you mostly forget when you wake up!

    you cannot force yourself to dream and only life's events cause your dreams and also what has happened during that day!

    meaning whatever is bothering you, whatever has happened to you during the day, and whatever you can't stop thinking about makes you dream while you're sleep!


  2. That's pretty common to think one is not having a dream, but we dream more than 3 times a night and not know it or have any recollection about it. You probably haven't been lucid dream because your brain or thoughts is at peace right not. It's just feel weird sometimes when you don't recall having a dream for awhile. But just relax, once you have some concern about things in your subconscious, you'll start having those lucid dreams again.

  4. If you are really sleeping, then you are actually dreaming but in order to remember a dream you have to awaken during the dream. You can try to get at your dreams by setting some sort of alarm or having someone wake you up at a certain point. Write down what you remember quickly so you won't forget it.

    If you are having problems with insomnia and tossing and turning all night, then you may not be dreaming. If this is the case, you will be tired and unrested in the mornings because going without REM (the dream state) can cause you physical problems.

  5. If you want to dream you need to get read of some toxins from your body. Eat yellow food that does not have toxins at all..eg. fruits, vegies..(carrots, capsican etc.). Before you fall asleep think about the subject you want to know more about. It's nice to dream, you can find out what's going on in a particular subject or area..We can control that. Enjoy it :)
