Lately i have'nt had any dreams while sleeping...I wish to have dreams, i already know how to have lucid dreams, because i can just tell when it is a dream, so i know how to just enjoy them and do whatever...
BUT I HAVENT HAD A DREAM IN WEEKS
How do i have a dream? Do i have to be extremly tired? Because ive recently been forcing myself to sleep sometimes, any tips?
And how do i have a dream about anything i want?
