How do i have my horses passport transferred into my name?

Question

i have an ISH and a TB both passported but would like to have them transferred into my name especialy as i'm now selling one of them. (should have done it a lot sooner i know)

have looked in their passports for an address but can't find anything. ive also looked up weatherbys and irish sports registration on internet and have sent enquiries to both but have nothing come back yet and that was 2 days ago.

would i need to go through my vet or is there another way to get this done?

The agency that issued the passport will have to change it.  Their names are usually listed on the FIRST page of the document.
